Hot-air nonwoven and hot-rolled nonwoven are mainly processed differently. Hot-air nonwoven is a nonwoven produced by using hot air from the drying equipment to penetrate the fiber web after the fiber is carded, so that it can be bonded by heat. Hot-rolled nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric produced by heating the web with a pair of hot rollers and bonding it with a certain pressure.
Hot-air bonded products are characterized by high fluffiness, good elasticity, soft handfeel, strong warmth and good breathability and permeability, but their strength is low and they are easily deformed.
Hot-rolled bonded products are characterized by high yield, low cost, high hygiene, high strength and flat density, etc., but the flexibility and breathability are poor.
