Needle-punched nonwovens and spunlace nonwovens are both nonwovens (also known as nonwovens) and are two of the dry/mechanical reinforcements in nonwovens. As the name suggests, the biggest difference between the two processes is the reinforcement on a mechanical needle reinforcement a mechanical high-pressure water needle reinforcement, the difference in the process directly makes its finished product functional applications are different. Needle punch cloth is generally thicker, gram weight is generally more than 80 grams, the fiber is thicker, rougher feel, the surface has small pinholes. The grammage of spunlace is commonly below 80 grams, with special 120-250 grams, but rarely. The feel of spunlace is more delicate, and there are tiny strips of spunlace patterns on the surface longitudinally.
