The tape on the back of the pull-ups is used to tie the entire pull-ups, and there are instructions for use written on the top of the package, so if you can't read the text, you can look at the pictures. Tear the used pull-up pants from both sides, roll the whole piece, pull the tape off the back and stick it to the other side of the pull-up pants. It is better to throw away the whole piece than the loose one, which is more appropriate for environmental hygiene.
