(1) The operator who can use the equipment should first learn the equipment operation and maintenance procedures, be familiar with the equipment performance, structure and transmission principle, understand the processing technology and d-cutter, and use the equipment correctly.
(2) Be able to learn and implement equipment maintenance and lubrication regulations, refuel at work, clean after work, and often keep the inside and outside of the equipment clean and intact.
(3) Be able to check and understand the structure, performance and vulnerable parts of the equipment used, be familiar with the items, standards and methods of daily spot inspection and intact inspection, and be able to carry out daily spot inspection according to the specified requirements.
(4) Be able to eliminate faults, know the characteristics of the equipment used, know the precautions for disassembly and assembly, identify the normal and abnormal phenomena of the equipment, and make general adjustment and simple troubleshooting. Problems that cannot be solved by themselves should be reported in time and eliminated with the help of maintenance personnel.
