What are the structures of diapers?
1. Surface coating
The surface bread coating is close to the baby's body, which can promote the rapid penetration of urine and effectively prevent the back penetration, and keep the surface of diapers dry. At present, the diapers in the domestic market are basically non-woven surface. Breathable non-woven fabric can improve the air permeability inside the diapers, and water vapor can flow outside the diapers to discharge moisture and heat in time, which can effectively reduce the chance of urinary rash, soft and comfortable without irritating the skin.
2. Absorption core layer
The main purpose of this layer is to capture and quickly absorb urine, disperse urine, or diffuse it into the whole core layer through capillarity, and finally absorb and store urine. At present, the absorbent core of diapers in the domestic market is mainly composed of pure wood pulp (fluff pulp) and super absorbent resin (SAP).
3. Bottom cloth
Many diaper bottoms abroad have used more comfortable non-woven fabrics, but due to the high price, the diaper bottoms in the domestic market are still mainly composed of PE film.
In addition, it is supplemented by adhesive fixing structure and three-dimensional leak proof structure.
The surface layer is in direct contact with the baby's skin, receives and transmits the liquid. The surface layer has high requirements for materials, feels soft and does not stimulate the baby's skin.
Conductive layer is the most important one of thin or ultra-thin diapers. The conductive layer transmits the liquid received by the surface layer to the absorption layer, which is required to provide enough space for storage and transmit a sufficient amount of liquid as soon as possible.
