Mixed cotton: The inner layer of sanitary napkins is mainly cotton, non-woven fabric, pulp, water-absorbing polymer powder, so the beginning is to mix these materials.
Mold wheel molding: The mold wheel is a large wheel with many openings around it and a fine mesh on it. The mold wheel is also blown together with the air spray, and the cotton is converted from scratch to a sanitary napkin.
The transfer wheel is respectively: the right wheel is the mold wheel, the left wheel is the transfer wheel, and after the cotton on the mold wheel is full, the transfer wheel on the right will "clip" the inner layer of cotton of the sanitary napkin.
Indentation cutting edge: use a roller internal cutting device to compact the loose cotton, and then fix the indentation in order to better absorb without repending, and then cut into a boxy "tofu block" shape.
Press-fit inner layer: The upper part of the inner layer of sanitary napkins is now mixed with water-absorbent materials, and the lower half does not need water-absorbent materials, only soft materials composed of cotton, non-woven fabrics and pulp to prevent leakage, so there is also a rolling process here.
