Mechanical: Improper adjustment of mechanical parts such as shaft seat wear and bearing jamming, and the failure of part damage are all composed of mechanical failures.
Tool: Failure caused by the tool in the production process: including poor tool cutting, improper tool adjustment cracking, improper tool replacement are all tool failures.
Electrical equipment: The control system of the damaged part of the original electrical equipment is wrong, and the component failure causes the diaper production equipment to be unable to operate normally.
Material: Production process downtime due to raw material failure. For example: the material thickness, dirty, color and standard do not meet the production requirements, and the shutdown and refueling constitute a shutdown.
Rubber system: Due to the rubber spraying system, the diaper production equipment is closed. For example, the phenomenon of poor glue spraying such as clogging of rubber head, glue leakage, and lack of glue are the reasons for glue failure.
Other: Faults that are artificial or cannot be attributed to the above five elements are classified as other faults. For example: material preparation errors, pressing the wrong press urgent shutdown, total shutdown and other components are stopped.
