With the continuous promotion and deepening of the development concept of "environmental protection and energy conservation", polypropylene spunbond non woven fabric is widely used in the fields of clothing, household goods, medical and health care, agriculture and so on because of its low production cost, good mechanical properties, non-toxic and other characteristics. This paper briefly introduces the preparation technology of biodegradable polypropylene composite spunbond non woven.

1.Processing process of polypropylene spunbond non woven fabric

The processing technology of spunbond non woven fabric, which uses polypropylene as raw material, first heats the polymer (polypropylene and recycled material), melts it at high temperature, extrudes it under the action of metering pump, then cools it by side blowing, enters the high-speed flow field, drafts the wire into a net, and finally strengthens it.

2.Preparation of biodegradable polypropylene composite spunbond non woven fabric

Because the molecular structure of polypropylene is saturated carbon carbon single bond, the relative molecular structure is relatively stable and difficult to degrade. Therefore, although pure polypropylene spunbonded fabric brings convenience to people's production and life, it also causes huge environmental pollution. Therefore, the preparation and research of Environmentally Degradable Polypropylene Composite spunbond non woven fabric is particularly important. Polylactic acid is a biodegradable polymer material with good biocompatibility and mechanical properties. It can be combined with polypropylene raw materials to prepare biodegradable polypropylene composite spunbonded fabric, so as to reduce the pollution of polypropylene spunbonded fabric to the environment.

Biodegradable polypropylene composite spunbonded fabric was prepared by melt blending of polylactic acid and polypropylene as raw materials and maleic anhydride graft as auxiliary. Taking the preparation of biodegradable PLA / additives / polypropylene composite spunbonded fabric as an example, this paper expounds the specific preparation process of biodegradable polypropylene composite spunbonded fabric:

(1) Slice the PLA, polypropylene and maleic anhydride graft additives and mix them in an appropriate proportion;

(2) After pelleting with extruder, spinning with spinning machine;

(3) Filter through the melt filter, and form a net under the action of metering pump, reverse blowing and high-speed flow field draft;

(4) The qualified spunbond non woven fabric is made by hot rolling bonding reinforcement, winding, cloth inversion and slitting.

The emergence of biodegradable polypropylene composite spunbond non woven fabric has reduced the environmental pollution caused by polypropylene spunbond non woven and realized the healthy development of environmental friendly spunbonded fabric industry.
