Since the outbreak of COVID-19, spunbonded and melt blown non woven fabrics, as important raw materials for epidemic prevention materials such as masks and protective clothing, have become the key words of "hot search", and great changes have taken place in the industrial structure of non woven fabrics in China. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of the spunbond non woven industry, providing a reference for its sound development.

1.Improve the quality of spunbond non woven fabric products

The demand for spunbond non woven fabric products has increased significantly. Non woven fabric enterprises with social responsibility consciousness should not invest blindly, but should reasonably choose medium and long-term high-end product investment, strengthen basic research, establish product R & D bases and product testing centers, improve product quality in a planned and systematic way, create enterprise characteristics and maintain market operation. The equipment development of spunbond non woven fabric is equally important, and backbone enterprises should work together.

2.Improve the standard formulation of spunbond non woven fabric products

The demand surged, a large number of foreign capital entered the industry, the production capacity of spunbond non woven fabric expanded rapidly, and the problem of imperfect product standards became more prominent. On the one hand, the existing reference standards were formulated earlier, which did not fully fit the quality requirements of the current product application, affecting product production and testing. Therefore, while ensuring the supply and demand of the market, relevant industry institutions should timely clarify the existing standards, formulate new standards and modify the original standards to ensure the orderly development of the industry.

3.Strengthen the supervision of spunbond non woven fabric industry

After rapid development, spunbond non woven fabric materials will certainly enter the period of industrial structure adjustment. Rational release of production capacity is an important issue for the development of the industry. On this basis, industry associations and relevant platforms should strengthen research on industry production, disclose more and more real industry information, and guide market development. At the same time, we will strengthen industry training and business contacts, strengthen market research on terminal materials, and guide new capital to give better play to industry value.
