Airlidpaper is divided into M-3, 0604, 0606, 0609, 0709 and other series, also known as airlidpulpnonwoven, which is a kind of dry nonwovens. It has unique physical properties and has the characteristics of high elasticity, softness, good hand feel, good sag, high water absorption and good water retention. It is widely used in the fields of health care products, special medical products, industrial wiping products and so on.

Difference of three kinds of airlidpaper

1.Vicell paper is made of wood paddle fiber by air flow and then bonded with latex;

2.Zorbcor is a mixture of wood paddle fiber and hot-melt fiber, which mainly depends on the melting and bonding of hot-melt fiber;

3.Vizorb has both hot-melt fiber bonding and a small amount of latex bonding between the two.

In fact, airlidpaper must undergo surface foaming treatment (similar to surface gluing) to decorate the surface. Compared with ordinary glued airlidpaper, it has better properties in expansion and loosening, dry and wet tensile strength, softness and liquid absorption.

Although there are few kinds of airaidpaper, it is widely used in the whole industry.
