The failure rate of dry mesh sanitary napkin machine varies with the use time of the equipment. The failure frequency of the whole service life can be roughly divided into three stages: early failure period, occasional failure period and loss failure period. Dry mesh sanitary napkin equipment failure time can be expressed by failure rate curve.
The early failure period of dry mesh sanitary napkin machine is characterized by high failure frequency, but it decreases rapidly with the increase of service time. The reasons for frequent failures at the initial stage of use are as follows:
(1) Mechanical part. Although the equipment has been run in before leaving the factory, the time is short, mainly the running in of the main shaft and guide rail. Due to the micro and macro geometric deviations on the machined surface of parts, the machined surface of parts is relatively rough before complete running in, and there may be errors in the assembly of parts. Therefore, large running in wear will occur at the initial stage of equipment use, resulting in large gap between the equipment and moving parts, resulting in failure.
(2) Electrical part. The dry mesh sanitary napkin machine control system uses a large number of electronic components. Although these components have experienced considerable aging tests and other screening methods in manufacturers, some components with poor performance cannot be tested due to circuit heating, alternating load, surge current and back potential. The whole system cannot work normally due to current impulse or voltage fault or characteristic curve change.
(3) Hydraulic part. Due to the long transportation and installation time after leaving the factory, some parts of the hydraulic system are free of oil for a long time, the lubricating oil of the cylinder is dry, and the oil mist lubrication cannot work immediately, resulting in the possible rust of the cylinder or cylinder. In addition, if the newly installed air pipe is not clean, some sundries and water may also enter the system, resulting in the initial failure of the hydraulic and pneumatic part.
Dry mesh sanitary napkin machine has entered a relatively stable normal operation period after various early aging, running in and adjustment. At this stage, the failure rate is low, relatively stable and approximately constant. Unexpected failure is caused by unexpected factors.
The consumption failure period occurs in the later stage of dry mesh sanitary napkin machine. Its characteristic is that the failure rate increases with the increase of running time. The basic reason for this phenomenon is that after long-term operation, the service life of components and electronic components is close to failure due to fatigue, wear and aging, resulting in frequent faults.
In order to reduce the high cost caused by downtime, regular dry mesh sanitary napkin machine maintenance is very important.
