Research and Prospect of Waste Diapers Used in Soil

# Diapers
412

In this study, the biological utilization of waste diapers was taken as a representative plant to determine its growth index of environmental adaptability, and the effects of diapers on soil physical and chemical properties and enzyme activity were discussed. This study only studies the bioavailability of several common plants, but there are still limitations in other plant studies. There are still many deficiencies in treatment chemical properties and activities, which need to be solved urgently. The following is a brief introduction to the results of this study and the prospects for future research.

Impact of diapers on soil

Effects of diaper application on soil physical and chemical properties and structure: the evaporation rate decreased significantly, and slowed down with the increase of application amount. When the application rate exceeds 8%, the change is not obvious; After application, the soil thermal insulation can be significantly improved by at least 5 ℃; The application of diapers can expand the soil, change the pore structure, and make the water and fertilizer in the soil better absorbed and utilized; Due to the short working time of the product, it has little effect on pH; With the increase of the addition amount, the change of hydrolyzed nitrogen content is not obvious. With the increase of water and Fertilizer Content in the product, the content of hydrolyzed nitrogen showed an upward trend.

There was no significant change in the number of culturable bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes. The number of microbial population in WSAP and FSAP treatment increased in varying degrees, and the number of soil in FSAP treatment was the largest. Soil enzymes can represent material and energy, and can more metabolize. Compared with CK, the activities of soil urease, catalase, acid phosphatase and invertase were improved in different degrees in WSAP and FSAP treatment. The values of microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and microbial biomass carbon / microbial biomass nitrogen do not differ much from CK.

Application and research prospect of diapers

Although the study described the diaper seed germination and wheat growth, Bijing's main experimental research was carried out in the plant culture station, resulting in great limitations. The combination of indoor and outdoor experiments is more conducive to research, which is the direction of future research.

Although wheat is a common plant that can be planted in arid areas of China, this paper is limited to wheat seed plants as the research object. Due to the different drought resistance of each plant, it is of great significance to study more plants.

There are many parameters of soil activity. Due to the limitation of experimental conditions, this paper only tested several common soil enzymes and microorganisms, and adopted a large counting error, which caused a certain deviation to the final conclusion of the experiment. In the future, we can carry out in-depth research on parameter factors and other improvement methods. Due to the limitation of experimental conditions, there are some errors in many important chemical composition tests, such as effective P, hydrolyzed nitrogen and other test results are not perfect, and excellent test methods need to be improved.

There are still many areas to explore in the research on the recycling of waste diapers, but no matter which aspect it is aimed at, the main purpose is the same, aimed at reducing the burden on the environment.
