Study on Biological Utilization of Water and Fertilizer in Waste Pull-ups

# pull-up pants

Taking wheat, soybean, cabbage and other crops as the research objects, this article studies the effect of pull-ups adsorbed water and fertilizer on plant seed germination and plant growth, and expounds the utilization of water and fertilizer from the perspective of soil structure and physicochemical changes before and after land use; The response of enzyme activity and soil microbial population to product application, and the bioavailability of waste product water and fertilizer was discussed.

Germination water supply of pull-ups

The water absorption experiment of wheat seeds showed that whether pull-ups seeds could germinate and supply water depends on the external environmental conditions. Among them, when the fertilizer concentration is high, it is easy to cause burning of seedlings. If diluted 10 times, the germination rate of wheat did not improve, but the germination index and vigor index increased significantly. Therefore, although the fertilizer suction product will not affect the probability of seed germination, but will act on the germination index and vigor index, it has a positive effect on the germination index and vigor index, ensuring the transplanting survival rate of wheat in the later stage.

Land use methods of pull-ups

Land application has a significant effect on plant growth, which is best mixed with soil, followed by burial, and then surface mulching. Compared with the blank control group, the dry matter of the ground part of wheat changed the most, increasing by 4.2g. Dosing mode significantly changed the root length of wheat: the root length became shorter in the buried mode; the root length increased in multiples in the mixed mode. The dry root weight of wheat is as follows: mixed>external spread>buried, and it increases with the increase of water and fertilizer content. The comprehensive results show that the mixed mode is the best mode, and 0.6%-0.8% is the best dosage. With the increase of water and fertilizer content, the growth index of wheat increased, indicating that the water and fertilizer content did not reach the level of burning seedlings, and the increase of water and fertilizer in pull-ups was beneficial to the growth of wheat.

The application of pull-ups can improve soil water evaporation performance, swelling performance and thermal insulation effect; when the addition amount exceeds 0.8%, it has no significant effect on soil pH value; with the increase of water and fertilizer content in diapers, the content of hydrolyzed nitrogen in soil increases significantly. Therefore, the fertilizer in the product has a positive effect on soil fertility.

The populations of the three types of microorganisms treated by WSAP and FSAP increased in different degrees, and the number of microorganisms treated by FSAP was the largest. In WSAP and FSAP treatments, the activities of soil urease, catalase, acid phosphatase and invertase increased to different degrees, and the activity of urease was the largest. The valuesof microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen and microbial biomass nitrogen were not significantly different for the various pull-ups treatments compared to CK.
