Selection principles of diagnostic parameters for automatic sanitary napkins machine failure

Diagnostic parameters are selected according to the principles of information, economy, stability, sensitivity, single value, convenience, safety and non-disintegration.

informativeness means that it should truly contain fault information and thus reflect fault changes.

Economical means that it should have a high functional price/performance ratio, i.e. the economic benefits of diagnosing automatic sanitary napkin machine and diagnosis should be proportional.

stability means that it should remain stable over a certain period of time, otherwise it will cause misdiagnosis and a series of historical data will not be available for prediction

sensitivity means that it should be sensitive to faults and the effect should be strong in order to respond to faults in a timely manner

Fully automatic sanitary napkin machinery

singularity means that the diagnosis should ideally correspond to one or a small number of faults in order to facilitate fault determination

Convenience means ease of detection, thus saving diagnostic time and facilitating long-term diagnosis.

safety means that there should be no danger during the detection process

Non-disintegrative means that it is desirable to diagnose the parameters of fautomatic sanitary napkin machine without major disassembly.
