(1) Try to increase the hot air temperature and increase the air pressure. It cannot crystallize under pressure, then slowly increase the die temperature by two degrees, and then increase the pressure. Do not adjust too much hot air temperature at one time. The heating pocket may increase too much, and a lot of flying wire.

(2) First add air volume, slowly increase the temperature of the mold, see the flying silk to drop one degree.

2. Meltblown fabric must be soft by fiber fineness. It must be fine enough, thin enough, soft enough. DCD Meltblown spinnerets can be received a little farther, as long as thin enough, it is soft enough. In fact, don't worry about being a little rough, it doesn't matter much if you cool it after rolling.

3. The cloth should be fluffy, and the suction does not need to be too big at all. Cloth resistance has a lot to do with the receiving distance, with relatively little suction wind.

4. Fiber refinement, good tensile strength, all the problems such as filtration efficiency are too thick fibers, tensile strength is not enough.
